Responsibilities

  • Design and implement end-to-end Quote-to-Cash solutions for enterprise B2B SaaS, focusing on CPQ integration with Salesforce and downstream systems, aligning with enterprise standards and scalability
  • Lead Quote-to-Cash transformation initiatives, including process reengineering, system modernization, roadmap definition, stakeholder management, and delivery of business outcomes
  • Serve as CPQ subject matter expert: optimize product catalog, pricing models (including usage-based), quoting workflows, approval processes, and complex pricing strategies/business rules
  • Leverage Contract Lifecycle Management tools to support end-to-end Quote-to-Contract processes
  • Manage and mentor a team of 3-5 engineers and analysts, fostering continuous improvement, technical excellence, and cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Product, and Business teams
  • Define and track KPIs for Quote-to-Cash efficiency; present metrics and recommendations to executive leadership monthly
  • Ensure seamless Salesforce integration between CPQ, CRM, and other enterprise systems; optimize Salesforce for Quote-to-Cash processes
  • Partner with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Operations to translate business requirements into technical solutions; present recommendations to executives
  • Identify and implement process improvements across the Quote-to-Cash lifecycle (opportunity management to revenue recognition)
  • Establish and maintain governance frameworks for Quote-to-Cash systems, ensuring SOX compliance and revenue recognition standards
