  • In-depth knowledge of Visa Acceptance Solutions products (Digital Accept, In-person Accept, Payment Processing, Transaction Management & Optimization, Fraud Management, Risk Management, Post Transaction Management, Payment Acceptance, Payment Security, Fraud & Risk Services) developed through research, testing, self-enabled learning, technical testing, and investigative exercises
  • Accurate, up-to-date product and services knowledge maintained through knowledge sharing with global teams and collaboration with product teams
  • Ability to provide technical pre-sales support, including accompanying sales team to meetings, giving presentations, product demonstrations, whiteboard sessions, discovery phase exercises, and adapting to challenging, pressured situations with a sales-oriented approach
  • Capability to deliver client-focused technical consultancy engagements to design solutions and validate implementation feasibility
  • Experience supporting handovers to Implementation Specialists
  • Ability to engage, support, and collaborate with clients across verticals: Retail, Travel, Digital, Financial, Government & Gaming
  • Skills in providing proposal support for technical sections of RFI and RFP documents
  • Proficiency in writing and developing small internal computer applications for proof-of-concept, product evaluation, and troubleshooting
  • Troubleshooting skills for client issues during presales, in partnership with teams
  • Ability to provide training on Visa Acceptance Solutions products and services (classroom-based or train-the-trainer)

Responsibilities

  • Develop in-depth knowledge of Visa Acceptance Solutions products to function as subject matter expert with prospective customers through research, testing, self-enabled learning, technical testing, and investigative exercises, supported by senior team and line manager
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date product and services knowledge through global team knowledge sharing and collaboration with product teams, supported by senior team and line manager
  • Provide technical pre-sales support by accompanying European sales team to meetings with large, complex prospects, including presentations, demonstrations, whiteboard sessions, discovery exercises, and sales-oriented solutioning
  • Deliver client-focused technical consultancy to agree on solution design and validate implementation against client requirements
  • Support handover to Implementation Specialists for efficient implementation
  • Engage, support, and collaborate with prospective clients in Retail, Travel, Digital, Financial, Government & Gaming verticals
  • Provide proposal support to European sales team for technical sections of RFI and RFP documents
