Salesforce experience and fluency in designing and implementing outbound sales development playbooks, cadences, and best practices are also required.
The Senior Manager, Sales Development, APAC will lead and manage the SDR Managers team, overseeing the performance of team members across various markets (SMB/MM/ENT). They will own operational metrics and goals, contribute to overall department strategy, work with other managers to improve processes and tools, and define and implement team support initiatives. Additionally, they will be responsible for creating and executing strategic projects and programs, utilizing data and feedback to foster team cohesion and improve the sales cycle.
