Requirements

Candidates should possess a minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, with preference given to Big 4 and industry experience, and hold a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, with a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation strongly preferred. Technical ability is also important due to the high volume of billing transactions and the need to connect data between various systems.

Responsibilities

As the Senior Manager, Revenue Accounting, the individual will be the internal accounting expert for SaaS, hardware, and merchant processing revenue streams, assisting in billing-related queries cross-functionally, supervising and managing the Revenue Accounting team and Accounts Receivable function, collaborating with the business applications team to implement new revenue functionality in NetSuite, continuously improving business processes and systems, documenting revenue conclusions for complex contracts, performing weekly and monthly controls for revenue recognition, and undertaking ad hoc projects across various teams, including preparing audit support and drafting technical memos to document revenue conclusions for new product and packaging offerings. Flexibility is required in a rapidly growing business environment.
