Demonstrated experience in people management, including leading teams, coaching, and performance development, is essential. A proven track record in managing complex, high-impact programs and projects is necessary.
The Senior Manager - Project Management Office will lead direct and cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and requirements, working with stakeholders to plan, execute, monitor, and control projects and programs. This role involves managing resources, budget, cost, time, quality, risks, and other constraints. Responsibilities include defining and driving the strategic direction of the security program portfolio, leading and mentoring a team of project managers, and managing multiple concurrent programs and projects to ensure delivery within scope, budget, and timeline while maintaining quality and compliance. The role also entails establishing and evolving project governance frameworks, methodologies, and tools, owning and driving the overall quality assurance of outputs, and conducting periodic audits and peer reviews. Additionally, the Senior Manager will serve as the designated control owner for project management controls, ensuring their operating effectiveness through testing, documentation, and remediation tracking. They will act as a key liaison between executive leadership, business units, and technical teams, oversee risk identification, mitigation planning, and compliance tracking, and conduct regular performance reviews. Facilitating collaboration across departments, vendors, and external partners, and delivering high-quality reports and presentations to senior leadership are also key duties. Staying abreast of emerging trends in project management and applying best practices to enhance delivery effectiveness is expected. Duties may be required outside of normal work hours based on business needs.
