Responsibilities

  • Drive execution of multiple business plans and projects, including identifying needs, communicating priorities, removing obstacles, providing resources, measuring progress, developing contingency plans, and supporting continuous learning
  • Provide supervision and development for associates by selecting, training, mentoring, assigning duties, building teams, setting expectations, evaluating performance, recognizing achievements, coaching, and promoting belonging
  • Promote and support company policies, procedures, mission, values, ethics, and integrity through training, direction, compliance, and utilization of Open Door Policy
  • Ensure business needs are met by evaluating plans/programs, consulting stakeholders, applying improvement suggestions, and participating in community outreach
  • Develop and lead multiple cross-functional projects by identifying gaps, benchmarking practices, utilizing methodologies, ensuring data accuracy, managing sustainable practices, and adjusting to business demands
  • Manage current and forecasted projects by developing/prioritizing work plans, aligning objectives, forecasting resources, monitoring milestones/costs, tracking projects, communicating status, overseeing documentation, and acting as focal contact
  • Influence change processes with data-driven recommendations, persuading/educating teams on processes, and aligning initiatives with business needs via senior leadership relationships
  • Drive informed decision-making for large cross-functional projects by collaborating on goals/risks/issues, mitigating risks, resolving critical issues, developing communication plans, and educating leadership
  • Enhance project workflow by identifying/tracking workflows, establishing/auditing standards for deliverables, and ensuring adherence to sign-off procedures
