Responsibilities

  • Drive Strategic Execution: Lead multiple business plans and projects by identifying customer and operational needs, developing priorities, and removing barriers to success
  • Enable Operational Excellence: Oversee all operations for the team, ensuring programs run efficiently and meet performance standards. Develop contingency plans and adapt quickly to changing priorities
  • Lead Program Governance: Implement a robust program management lifecycle, including communication strategies, stakeholder education, and risk mitigation
  • Champion Process Improvement: Conduct gap analyses, identify improvement opportunities, and implement best practices to streamline workflows and enhance scalability
  • Deliver Insights & Reporting: Interpret data to inform decisions, evaluate program performance, and ensure compliance with external government reporting requirements
