Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Lead lifecycle planning for existing product lines, identifying opportunities for enhancement, refresh, or derivative product extensions
  • Support the definition and prioritization of product requirements based on market trends, customer feedback, and clinical insights
  • Translate unmet customer needs into product feature requirements and value propositions that inform the roadmap
  • Partner with Product Management and R&D to assess trade-offs between clinical, technical, and commercial considerations
  • Own commercialization planning and launch execution for new hardware, software, and feature releases
  • Develop compelling value propositions, messaging frameworks, and field tools that position Tablo for success across customer segments
  • Coordinate cross-functional launch readiness between Sales, Clinical, and Marketing Communications
  • Analyze market data, customer feedback, and competitive dynamics to identify trends, risks, and whitespace opportunities
  • Create actionable insights that guide portfolio prioritization
  • Shape and execute the product and market strategy for the Tablo Hemodialysis System across acute and sub-acute care settings
  • Act as the connective tissue between market insight, product development, and commercial execution
  • Partner closely with Upstream Product Management, Clinical Affairs, R&D, Engineering, and Sales to define market requirements, plan product launches, and develop go-to-market strategies
  • Drive Tablo adoption across key stakeholders, including hospital C-suite executives, nephrologists, nephrology nurses, and dialysis technicians
