Requirements

  • Basic Qualifications:
  • At least 5 years of experience working in Product Management
  • At least 6 years of experience working in Information Technology
  • At least 4 years of experience in Cybersecurity
  • Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date:
  • A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field)
  • A Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products
  • 2+ years of experience in cloud-based or on-prem network security products and services (WAF, Botnet Protection, DDoS Mitigation, IPS/IDS, NGFW, DNS Security)
  • One or more professional certifications in Cybersecurity (CISSP, CISM, CCSP, etc.)
  • Experience solutioning, deploying and managing network security infrastructure within enterprises

Responsibilities

  • Deliver game-changing solutions to secure Capital One’s business applications and data traversing the network infrastructure from BOT attacks
  • Ensure business agility, user productivity and operational simplicity by leveraging a risk-based approach and data-driven strategy
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Capital One Product Framework:

  • Business Focused: Deliver game-changing outcomes by focusing on leverage and execution excellence
