Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Use pricing initiatives to support product adoption and growth
  • Monitor customer lifecycle metrics such as churn and retention
  • Support upsell and cross-sell opportunities through pricing design
  • Build pricing dashboards and tools using platforms like Salesforce, Tableau, and Excel
  • Track KPIs and leverage automation and AI for insights
  • Provide training, playbooks, and tools to support sales teams
  • Align pricing narratives with marketing for consistent messaging
  • Monitor market trends and competitor pricing
