Responsibilities

The Senior Manager, Practice Operations will own the end-to-end onboarding operations experience for frontline roles, including calendar coordination, systems provisioning, communications, and dashboard delivery. They will identify and implement process improvements to enhance the onboarding experience and speed-to-productivity, while monitoring onboarding performance metrics. This role involves partnering with cross-functional teams to lead operational projects, optimize tooling and processes, and deliver insights. Additionally, the Senior Manager will own and optimize core operational processes supporting frontline teams, such as performance management and scheduling, and will manage provider support enablement through response tracking systems and cross-functional coordination to ensure issue resolution.
