Responsibilities

  • Lead the regional creative innovation agenda, integrating AI tools into campaign production
  • Build structured creative testing frameworks to identify resonant messaging, visuals, and formats by market and segment
  • Partner with Product Marketing and Regional Growth teams to localize value propositions and creative for APAC audiences
  • Develop regional creative governance to ensure brand consistency, compliance, and cultural sensitivity in AI-generated content
  • Establish the AI Creative Playbook for APAC, documenting tools, prompts, workflows, and success metrics
  • Collaborate with Paid Search, Paid Social, and Display leads to build creatives for each region and country
  • Spearhead workflows for translations and creative alignment to country/culture
  • Manage the delivery of creative assets on schedule
  • Shape and scale AI-powered creative and performance marketing capabilities across APAC to drive measurable growth from awareness to acquisition
