The Senior Manager, Global Payroll will oversee accurate and timely payroll processing for internal team members and contractor payments across the EMEA and APAC regions, adhering to local regulations and company policies. This role involves managing end-to-end payroll operations, coordinating the migration and implementation of new legal entities, and driving operational effectiveness through best practices and automation. Additionally, the manager will be responsible for hiring, developing, and managing the regional payroll team, ensuring high performance and engagement, and aligning with global payroll operations to support customer needs.
