Requirements

  • Experience managing strategic partnerships in commerce, ad tech, or retail media ecosystems
  • Ability to build and maintain trusted executive-level relationships
  • Strong strategic thinking for partnership strategy, OKRs, business cases, and go-to-market plans
  • Cross-functional collaboration skills with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams
  • Expertise in relationship management, including acting as day-to-day contact and building multi-level relationships
  • Capability to establish and operationalize scalable partnership frameworks, KPIs, performance dashboards, and reporting cadences
  • Proven track record in launching co-built or co-marketed initiatives driving revenue growth, product adoption, and expansion

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of high potential partners and support top-tier relationships; identify new partnerships that drive growth
  • Contribute to partnership strategy and own OKRs for your portfolio, including co-built and co-marketed solutions (build/buy/ally), business cases, and go-to-market plans for new initiatives
  • Prepare and run Joint Business Plans (JBPs) with measurable targets for revenue growth, product adoption, and geographic or category expansion
  • Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to prioritize and integrate strategic partner capabilities
  • Partner with Marketing to develop joint value propositions, co-marketing campaigns, and partner enablement materials
  • Support Sales and Customer Success teams with partner-driven solutions that enhance client outcomes
  • Establish partnership KPIs, performance dashboards, and a consistent reporting cadence
  • Act as day-to-day contact; build multi-level relationships and support top-tier relationships
