The Senior Manager of Medical Education will support the design and implementation of global educational programs, workshops, and seminars tailored to various audiences, utilizing both digital and in-person formats. They will develop comprehensive project plans, manage timelines and budgets, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives. Additionally, they will refine the medical education strategy, oversee instructional design, develop learning experiences, and evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs, providing regular reports on outcomes. They will also support localization efforts and contribute to the quality assurance of educational content.
