Requirements

Candidates are required to possess a Medical Doctor degree or equivalent, and be board certified in Nephrology is preferred. Relevant specialty education, such as Nephrology or Immunology, is also desired. Experience in clinical development and strategic medical insight is necessary.

Responsibilities

As a Medical Director/Global Medical Indication Lead, the individual will lead the clinical team for the Nephrology indication, translating the TPP into a Clinical Development Plan, and maximizing the potential of the Asset. They will provide continuous strategic medical insight and planning throughout development stages, manage the Global Clinical Trial Physicians, oversee medical aspects of studies, participate in long-range strategic planning, lead indication medical ad boards, ensure study compliance, and safeguard harmonization across studies. The role also involves coaching and setting an example for study teams, identifying high performers, and maintaining consistent communication to external stakeholders.
