Requirements

  • Analytical rigor and strong executional leadership skills
  • Experience in developing and executing end-to-end marketplace strategies (e.g., Amazon P&L including sales, content, advertising, assortment, pricing)
  • Ability to manage operational execution with internal teams and external partners (agencies, overseas partners)
  • Expertise in forecasting, FBA inventory management, and replenishment processes
  • Cross-functional collaboration skills with Marketing, Category Managers, Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance
  • Knowledge of marketplace optimization (e.g., content, SEO, promotions, algorithm shifts)
  • Strategic thinking for long-term roadmaps and scalable playbooks

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute end-to-end Amazon strategy and P&L, including sales, content, advertising, assortment, and pricing for profitable growth
  • Manage ongoing Amazon operational execution with internal teams and external resources
  • Lead bi-weekly Amazon performance reviews on metrics, creative testing, assortment, promotions (e.g., Prime Day, Black Friday), and learnings
  • Partner with Marketing and Creative teams on testing roadmaps for content, packaging, and ad creative, ensuring brand consistency
  • Oversee Amazon forecasting, FBA inventory management, and replenishment for healthy stock levels
  • Contribute to long-term Amazon roadmap, including resourcing, agency transitions, and company growth alignment
  • Lead expansion and optimization on Target.com, Walmart.com, and other marketplaces, focusing on assortment, pricing, and content
  • Partner with Category Managers on assortments reflecting trends, profitability, and brand positioning
  • Establish scalable marketplace playbooks for product setup, brand storytelling, and operations
  • Collaborate with Marketing on traffic and conversion via promotions, SEO, and media
  • Own forecasting and demand planning for all marketplace channels, collaborating with Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance
  • Balance inventory priorities across DTC and marketplace channels with cross-functional teams
  • Identify and address operational challenges (e.g., shipping, algorithms, conflicts) with data-driven solutions
  • Support evolution of internal processes for improved speed-to-market and efficiency
