Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) from an accredited university
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressively responsible experience in Human Resources, including HR Business Partner functions
  • Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written)
  • Demonstrated experience supporting multiple complex business units in an HR generalist capacity
  • Direct people management experience leading HR professionals
  • Experience collaborating with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) and senior business leaders
  • Proficiency in data analysis and HR metrics to support decision-making
  • Proven experience managing employee relations and organizational change within complex environments
  • Preferred
  • Advanced degree (e.g., Master’s in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field)

Responsibilities

  • Provide HR partnership to managers and directors, focusing on employee relations, retention, and organizational effectiveness
  • Lead, manage, and develop an HR Specialist to support the execution of the Human Resources (HR) strategy
  • Lead, develop, and guide a team of HR and Senior HR Business Partners in alignment with business unit goals
  • Serve as a subject-matter expert (SME) for managers and directors on HR policies, programs, and best practices
  • Oversee implementation of HR initiatives across employee relations, compensation, and performance management
  • Lead needs analyses to identify gaps in compensation, talent, recruiting, and change management, partnering with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) to deliver solutions
  • Monitor compliance and mitigate organizational risk through consistent policy application
  • Analyze HR data and trends, presenting insights and recommendations to senior HR leadership
  • Manage conflict resolution and employee dispute processes within the assigned business group
  • Drive organizational improvement initiatives, applying global HR best practices to enhance processes and outcomes
