10+ years working experience in HR function with in-depth knowledge in Organization Development, Talent Management, Leadership Development and HR Functional knowledge

Responsibilities
Assist the Director, HRBP and team in planning, designing, and delivering corporate and customized HR solutions to support organizational objectives
Systematically diagnose organizational operational issues, provide professional consultation to business departments, and drive implementation of HR solutions
Lead the HRBP team to enhance organizational effectiveness through leadership development, talent pipeline construction, succession planning, change management, and organizational structure optimization
Lead and drive key HR projects across Shanghai Disney Resort, collaborating with business departments to break development bottlenecks and resolve challenges
Collaborate closely with business departments through in-depth discussions and process reviews to continuously optimize people management systems and operational mechanisms
Link business departments with the HR team to establish efficient collaboration mechanisms, ensuring high-quality and efficient HR service delivery
Address business department needs to improve employee engagement and satisfaction; develop career development policies to empower both employee growth and organizational development
Serve as a professional HR advisor to managers and employees, supporting resolution of daily team management issues including conflict coordination, performance management, and team cohesion building
Diagnose organization issues, proactively provide consultation to senior leadership, and recommend HR strategic solutions
Optimize people-related processes through facilitating discussions and alignment among related partners
Collaborate with business clients and the broader HR organization to ensure a unified HR delivery approach
Provide guidance to line of business managers and develop strategies/recommendations to improve cast member satisfaction, support career development, and align with Shanghai Disney Resort culture
