Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Architect Sales Process Excellence: Define and implement best-in-class sales processes that support advisor engagement, seller productivity, and strategic growth
  • Drive Efficiency & Experience: Lead initiatives to streamline workflows, reduce friction, and improve the day-to-day experience of internal and external wholesalers
  • Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate with IT, Data & Analytics, and other enterprise teams to align tools, platforms, and processes with the needs of the field
  • Sales Technology Strategy: Influence the roadmap for CRM, sales enablement platforms, and other productivity tools—ensuring they are intuitive, integrated, and impactful
  • Governance & Measurement: Establish clear metrics, governance structures, and feedback loops to continuously improve sales process effectiveness and field adoption
  • Lead the transformation of the sales process—designing and optimizing core sales disciplines for the Financial Advisor Services (FAS) business
