Responsibilities

  • Lead the creative direction for growth and lifecycle marketing campaigns across digital, email, web, and paid channels
  • Partner with Design and Brand teams to translate performance insights into creative strategies and testable concepts
  • Develop and iterate on campaign messaging, visuals, and storytelling to optimize conversion and engagement metrics
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing to align growth initiatives with product launches, feature adoption, and user education moments
  • Oversee the end-to-end creative process — from brief to delivery — ensuring clarity, quality, and on-time execution
  • Manage and prioritize creative requests across global and regional teams, balancing brand and performance goals
  • Work with internal and external creative resources to deliver high-quality assets and ensure brand consistency
  • Continuously improve creative performance through data-driven insights
