Requirements

Subject matter expertise in facilities and material handling maintenance and strategy
Expertise in workplace safety
Proficiency in data-driven management and leadership
Knowledge of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) concepts and strategies
Ability to establish and maintain KPIs such as OEE, MTBF, MTTR, Downtime, and PM Completion
Skills in root cause analysis using FMEA to create best-in-class programs for continuous improvement
Subject matter expertise in material handling equipment and large, complex integrated systems maintenance
Strong statistical analysis and data skills

Responsibilities

Oversee all engineering and maintenance matters for the DFW Dream Fulfillment Center, including boiler systems, garment on hanger (GOH), material handling conveyance systems, barcode scanning equipment, steam tunnels, autobagging machines, and cleaning equipment (washers, dryers, pressing equipment)
Establish and reinforce a long-term vision for asset management, ensuring high equipment availability and reliability for Operations Teams
Comply with all regulatory and compliance requirements through performance metric tracking and management
Manage operational expenditure (OpEx) budgets and plan for Capital Expenditures (CapEx) to optimize equipment life cycle economic value
Source and coordinate with third-party vendors, ensuring adherence to Service Level Agreements
Engage in site improvement construction projects, overseeing internal and external contractor teams from conception to completion
Manage and oversee facilities teams and external vendors across all shifts, including monitoring performance, providing feedback, and developing talent to drive safety and accountability
Lead with safety, production, cost, and quality in all decision-making
Act as a servant leader: dive in to help, make tools available, remove obstacles, show empathy and compassion, and advocate for associates
Provide strong statistical analysis and data support
