The Senior Manager, Donor Lifetime Value should be a self-starter with a strategic mind and naturally collaborative, possessing the ability to communicate effectively and synthesize feedback from multiple stakeholders. They should be passionate and knowledgeable about the sustainability of media and journalism.
This role involves leading projects to retain and upgrade NPR and NPR Network donors, driving initiatives from kick-off through execution, managing timelines and approvals, and presenting concepts to stakeholders. The Senior Manager will write project briefs, create fundraising materials, manage an annual calendar, develop a donor pipeline, weave retention tactics into donor experiences, devise and execute channel tests, collaborate on optimizing supporter experience, and develop internal process documents. Additionally, they will build trusting relationships with stakeholders to foster teamwork and collaboration in driving fundraising results and will manage an Associate, Donor Lifetime Value.
