Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields; MBA preferred
  • 10+ years in SaaS GTM, sales leadership, or business development, with a proven track record in scaling adoption and revenue in China
  • Expertise in SaaS sales models, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and data analytics tools
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin
  • Results-driven, strategic thinker with strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
  • Preferably with experience in industrial software companies

Responsibilities

  • Oversee sales team performance, setting clear KPIs for user adoption, customer acquisition and renewal targets. Optimize sales processes and tools (e.g., CRM) to drive efficiency and pipeline conversion
  • Execute GTM strategy for SaaS products in China, including market positioning and pricing strategies to accelerate adoption and revenue growth
  • Analyze local market trends and competitor strategies to refine GTM tactics, ensuring rapid market penetration and share capture
  • Work closely with marketing to develop localized campaigns and lead-generation programs tailored to SaaS buyer personas
  • Coordinate with the customer success team and product teams to relay customer feedback and prioritize feature enhancements for the China market
  • Ensure all GTM and sales activities comply with local regulations (e.g., data privacy laws) and global standards
