Candidates should possess at least 6 years of B2B marketing experience with a proven track record in demand generation and business development. Deep experience with AI, agents, and automation tools for marketing and/or business development is required, along with hands-on experience with Apollo.io, Zapier, HubSpot Marketing Hub, and Salesforce CRM. Demonstrated success in managing complex event marketing programs with measurable lead generation outcomes, a strong analytical mindset, familiarity with partner marketing programs and MDF planning, strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills, and a background in technology, consulting, or professional services are preferred. Excellent communication skills are also necessary.
The Senior Manager, Demand Generation & Business Development will lead AI-powered, multi-channel demand generation initiatives to drive qualified leads and accelerate client engagement. This includes designing and executing event marketing strategies, implementing AI-powered pre-event booking strategies, and planning executive dinners and industry roundtables. The role also involves owning and optimizing AI-driven business development systems, using platforms like Apollo.io for intelligent prospecting and automated outreach, and creating multi-touch campaigns through automation tools like Zapier and HubSpot workflows. Establishing SLAs with sales for lead handoff and follow-up is also a key responsibility. Additionally, the position requires collaborating with internal and external partners to plan and execute co-marketing initiatives, recommending MDF spend allocation, developing joint marketing plans, and maintaining documentation of partner marketing playbooks and best practices.
