Requirements

Candidates must be fluent in English and either French or German, possess experience leading customer-facing teams such as Customer Success Management, Technical Account Management, Solution Architecture, or Professional Services, and demonstrate proven leadership qualities with the ability to build and scale teams, develop talent, and foster an inclusive culture. Experience partnering with Sales to influence revenue, exceptional communication and executive presence, and experience managing enterprise accounts including developing customer success strategies are also required.

Responsibilities

The Senior Manager will lead and develop a team of Customer Success Managers for Central and South Europe, driving customer value through adoption, optimization, and expansion of solutions to achieve measurable business outcomes. Responsibilities include defining and scaling repeatable processes, partnering with Sales to identify and position Customer Success Services, and representing the Customer Success organization with key customer executives. The role also involves owning KPIs such as customer health, adoption, renewal, and expansion.
