Candidates must be fluent in English and either French or German. They should possess experience leading teams in customer-facing roles such as Customer Success Management, Technical Account Management, Solution Architecture, or Professional Services. Proven leadership qualities are essential, with the ability to build and scale teams, develop talent, and create an inclusive, collaborative, and entrepreneurial culture. Experience partnering with Sales to influence revenue through positioning customer success services or value-add offerings is required, along with exceptional communication skills and strong executive presence. Experience in managing enterprise accounts, including developing customer success strategies, understanding business objectives, handling customer concerns, and supervising technical problem-solving, is also necessary.
The Senior Manager, Customer Success will lead and develop a team of Customer Success Managers for Central and South Europe, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and growth. They will ensure CSMs proactively guide customers through adoption, optimization, and expansion of solutions to achieve measurable business outcomes. This role involves defining and scaling repeatable processes, playbooks, and success plans to enhance the customer experience. The manager will partner closely with Customer Success Engineers, Sales, Support, Product, and Professional Services to ensure seamless execution and alignment on customer priorities. They will collaborate with Sales to identify and position Customer Success Services during the sales cycle to maximize customer value realization. Additionally, they will represent the Customer Success organization with key customer executives, help shape strategic roadmaps, and strengthen partnerships, while owning KPIs including customer health, adoption, renewal, and expansion.
