Requirements

Candidates must have a visionary and results-driven approach with experience in leading the growth and expansion of global practices. A deep understanding of Google CES products, including Conversational Agents (Dialogflow, Gen AI Agents), Agent Assist, and Conversational Insights, is essential. Strong business acumen, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to stay abreast of advancements in Google CES, generative AI, and NLP are required. The role is remote in the United States or Canada or based in major North American office locations.

Responsibilities

The Director will develop and execute the strategic roadmap for the Google CES practice, driving revenue growth and client adoption. They will identify new business opportunities, cultivate stakeholder relationships, and champion the adoption of Google CES solutions. Responsibilities include leading the full lifecycle of solution development and delivery, establishing KPIs, and staying current with AI and customer engagement technologies. The Director will also drive the creation of innovative solutions, oversee technical architecture, and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the team.
