Responsibilities

  • Provide consultative support for Mumbai and Bangalore Technology Center: day-to-day compensation evaluation, administration, and communication; periodic market analysis/benchmarking; annual compensation planning (e.g. merit, bonus, long-term incentives); legislative/regulatory compliance; ad hoc analyses
  • Collaborate with clients and HR partners to ensure compensation and benefits programs are aligned and relevant to both the market and business conditions, while also integrated with key business and HR strategies
  • Research and identify specific market trends and best practices and their potential relevance to this position’s assigned clients, as well as The Walt Disney Company, in general
  • Collaborate with stakeholders/partners to continually improve processes, both compensation and benefits specific and broader HR; drive for continued improvement in efficiency, effectiveness, and quality
  • Oversee local benefits strategy and execution for India
  • Ensure alignment with regional and global benefits policies
  • Collaborate with the Regional Benefits team to implement and localize programs such as health & risk insurance, wellness, and retirement plans, etc
  • Monitor legislative changes and ensure compliance with Indian benefits regulations
  • Participate in regional benchmarking and benefits optimization initiatives
