Requirements

  • 8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD
  • Preferred: 9 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or 7 or more relevant years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 3 or more years of experience with a PhD
  • Minimum 8 to 10 years of work experience in payments, banking or payment processing, having performed product management, or solutioning roles. Experience in card scheme solutions is a plus
  • Experience in developing domestic or cross border payment flows business within Levant
  • Structured, analytical thinker with excellent communication skills
  • Skilled at client conversations and can clearly articulate technical solutions
  • Client-centric and oriented around finding solutions to complex problems
  • Strong interest in how products are developed and delivered, enjoys variety and collaborating with people, thoughtful, curious, and analytical with a desire to make an impact

Responsibilities

  • Drive critical growth initiatives on product commercialization and manage go to market program launches that scales the Visa Direct business with banks and fintech’s in Levant
  • Work collaboratively with front line sales and account executives of digital partners, fintech, wallet platforms and merchant client segments, and product and solutioning teams in the hub
  • Lead engagements with senior client stakeholders for solutions of various domestic and cross-border opportunities
  • Support segment and sales leads, to sell Visa Direct products to banks, fintech, digital partners, wallet platforms, merchants etc
  • Provide business and technical solutions for new use-cases penetrating target markets, by assessing market/client/prospect needs, reviewing ecosystem readiness, collaboration with regional, global, and product and commercialization teams
  • Enable solutions by working with cross-functional stakeholders including Legal, Finance, Client Support (CS), Risk, Compliance, AML, and other product teams across Visa
  • As product and industry SME, support client’s go-to-market launches with advisory for end-to-end solutioning such as digital user journeys, front end and back-office and overall go to market strategy
  • Represent voice of the client within the product roadmap and work closely with product development teams to ensure readiness in implementing new solutions
  • Continuously develop understanding of market trends, competition, client needs/requirements and distill insights to provide perspectives to the team that will help in shaping Visa Direct product strategy, new features, and capability development to ensure product competitiveness and future proofing
