  • At least 7 years of experience in a Project Management, Operations, or Chief of Staff role within the technology industry
  • Ability to translate vision and blue sky thinking into tangible action
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams to achieve results

Responsibilities

  • Scope work and draft Product Delivery Requirements, workback plans and roadmaps based on leadership vision
  • Thought-partnership on how we achieve audacious goals
  • Connect and bring on the right people to drive the work forward
  • Project manage initiatives, including iterative planning, monitoring delivery, and producing status reports and leading routines
  • Prepare supporting materials and communicate (written and verbal) value of initiatives to promote Bank Tech
