Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in business operations, strategy, or management consulting ideally within a global organization
  • Proven ability to bridge strategy and execution; adept at turning business goals into actionable, measurable programs
  • Exceptional relationship builder with a track record of influence in matrixed corporate environments
  • Advanced organizational and analytical skills; strong ability to synthesize, simplify, and communicate clearly to senior leaders
  • Superior analytical, financial modeling, research skills, and attention to detail, with high proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
  • Experience in entertainment, consumer products, or brand strategy preferred
  • Exceptionally comfortable navigating ambiguity and structuring clarity around evolving priorities
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, Master’s degree is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with the Director to manage and progress strategic initiatives, ensuring global and regional alignment
  • Translate strategic frameworks into operational delivery plans, connecting goals to clear workstreams, responsibilities, and timelines
  • Drive execution and accountability across global projects and cross-LOB initiatives serving as a central integrator between Strategy, Finance, Commercial, and Operations
  • Facilitate planning, tracking, and reporting on global strategic initiatives, surfacing interdependencies, risks, and enabling decisions
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships across brands, functions, and regions to move work forward in a complex matrix environment
  • Create and manage executive materials including scorecards, updates, and strategic narratives that crisply reflect progress and impact
  • Partner with Global Ops to ensure information flow, governance consistency, and overall operational rhythm—while managing complementary, forward-looking initiatives distinct from day-to-day operations
  • Provide analytical and decision support for business cases, organizational mapping, and resource trade-offs
