8+ years of experience in business operations, strategy, or management consulting ideally within a global organization

Exceptional relationship builder with a track record of influence in matrixed corporate environments
Advanced organizational and analytical skills; strong ability to synthesize, simplify, and communicate clearly to senior leaders
Superior analytical, financial modeling, research skills, and attention to detail, with high proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
Experience in entertainment, consumer products, or brand strategy preferred
Exceptionally comfortable navigating ambiguity and structuring clarity around evolving priorities
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, Master’s degree is a plus
Responsibilities
Partner closely with the Director to manage and progress strategic initiatives, ensuring global and regional alignment
Translate strategic frameworks into operational delivery plans, connecting goals to clear workstreams, responsibilities, and timelines
Drive execution and accountability across global projects and cross-LOB initiatives serving as a central integrator between Strategy, Finance, Commercial, and Operations
Facilitate planning, tracking, and reporting on global strategic initiatives, surfacing interdependencies, risks, and enabling decisions
Build strong, trust-based relationships across brands, functions, and regions to move work forward in a complex matrix environment
Create and manage executive materials including scorecards, updates, and strategic narratives that crisply reflect progress and impact
Partner with Global Ops to ensure information flow, governance consistency, and overall operational rhythm—while managing complementary, forward-looking initiatives distinct from day-to-day operations
Provide analytical and decision support for business cases, organizational mapping, and resource trade-offs
