Requirements

A minimum of 12 years of progressive marketing leadership experience in biotechnology, diagnostics, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare is required. Proven success in leading regional and global marketing strategies within women's health, diagnostics, or related fields is essential, along with demonstrated expertise in commercial marketing, user experience, product launch, and lifecycle management. Experience developing regionalized strategies, engaging healthcare providers, and driving adoption across diverse markets is necessary. Strong leadership, collaboration, and influence across matrixed, cross-functional, and pan-regional teams are critical. Excellent communication skills tailored to executive, clinical, and commercial audiences are required, as is a track record of managing P&L, driving growth, and delivering measurable business impact. The ideal candidate is a resilient, agile, and motivated leader capable of navigating complexity and delivering results.

Responsibilities

The Vice President, Women's Health Marketing will lead and execute global and regional marketing strategies to accelerate growth and market adoption of Natera’s Women’s Health portfolio. This includes integrating global brand strategy with tailored regional execution, ensuring consistent messaging, exceptional customer experience, and strong market development. Key responsibilities involve developing and implementing global and regional marketing and commercialization strategies, including new product launches, regional market development, sales enablement, and competitive positioning. The role requires leading a regionalized approach, ensuring worldwide commercial readiness while prioritizing regional execution, customer satisfaction, and user experience. Driving cross-functional collaboration across Product, Sales, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Market Access, and Operations is crucial. A significant emphasis (20%+) will be placed on building and executing region-specific marketing strategies, partnering with regional commercial leaders, and leading regional market access, physician engagement, and patient advocacy initiatives. The position involves creating compelling messaging, campaigns, and value propositions, overseeing advertising, digital marketing, PR, event marketing, and regional campaigns, and ensuring consistency in branding while adapting for regional needs. Delivering training content and commercial enablement resources is also a key duty. The leader will own P&L responsibility for Women's Health marketing, partner with forecasting and strategy teams, lead competitive intelligence and market research, and manage, mentor, and scale a high-performing marketing team.
