  • Skilled in developing talent management strategies, tactical human resource planning, and leading interdepartmental collaboration
  • Ability to manage and provide strategic direction to a team of 4-8 Beauty Coordinators and oversee 60-150 Beauty Sales Consultants
  • Experience analyzing business results and service evaluation tools to drive sales

Responsibilities

  • Achieve outsized Beauty and Personal Care (B&PC) sales in applicable territory
  • Develop talent management strategy for CVS Beauty Service teams and enhance B&PC business value through human resource planning
  • Provide regular and timely in-depth sales performance updates to field leadership on B&PC business metrics for Beauty Service program stores (50% focus on Sales Driver - Selling)
  • Drive superior divisional/region/district selling strategies to meet revenue growth and sales budget targets for B&PC categories
  • Champion and manage B&PC strategic initiatives in the field
  • Provide Beauty Service team sales management with analysis and reporting as required
  • Identify stores with business opportunities and create strategies to course correct and aid in budget achievement
  • Assess key tactics driving sales growth to maximize best practices in all stores
  • Serve as ambassador for CVS Beauty Service program to field leaders and vendors
  • Ensure Beauty Sales Consultants have skills and tools to drive selling, maximize customer engagement, elevate product promotions, and events
