Requirements

  • Experience managing key financial institution (FI) relationships, particularly in Consumer Cards, Digital and Risk Solutions, and Value-Added Services (VAS)
  • Strong project management skills across Consumer, Digital, Risk Solutions, VAS, Ecosystems, and Regional programs
  • Proficiency in financial forecasting, performance analysis, and reviewing monthly performance, market trends, and competitor actions
  • Ability to develop and execute clear account plans with regular tracking
  • Consultative sales approach to understand client strategies and tailor engagements
  • Expertise in deal execution, ownership, and management, including tracking deal terms, incentives, and contractual targets
  • Skills in delivering VAS/VIK revenue across Products, Visa Consulting & Analytics (VCA), Visa Managed Services, Marketing, and other functions
  • Capability to provide thought leadership and lead superior client engagements

Responsibilities

  • Grow revenue and share with the FI client across consumer, digital, risk solutions, and regional partnership/ecosystem opportunities
  • Lead key deals execution, secure new products, own existing deals, and ensure contractual targets and obligations are met or exceeded
  • Deliver VAS/VIK revenue and manage VAS projects end-to-end, coordinating cross-functional deliverables
  • Support priority regional initiatives with high-quality thought leadership to strengthen relationships and execution
  • Provide project management for key initiatives in Consumer, Digital, Risk Solutions, VAS, Ecosystems, and Regional areas
  • Oversee day-to-day aspects of various client initiatives and lead superior client engagement
  • Deliver key reviews, such as quarterly Consumer QBRs and Risk Reviews, to review performance, identify gaps, provide recommendations, and execute action items
  • Utilize consultative sales to align Visa's offerings with client strategies and issues
  • Develop, track, and drive account plans through engagements with key client stakeholders
  • Assist client in meeting business objectives and maximizing Visa portfolio performance
  • Analyze performance and market dynamics to develop pre-emptive strategies and ensure account OKRs are met
