Responsibilities

  • Responsible for all market access projects in Liaoning, Jilin, and Heilongjiang regions across all business units (BUs)
  • Work closely with BU leaders to leverage resources and drive cross-modality/BU market access projects through all stages
  • Stretch the team to collaborate with business teams and achieve the aligned win rate
  • Actively maintain close and trust-based relationships with dynamic government stakeholders, including leadership of provincial/city Health Commission, Medical Insurance Bureau, Development and Reform Commission, Bureau of Finance, etc
  • Drive professional influence on stakeholders and leverage strategic insights to policy makers
  • Drive VBP (Volume-Based Procurement) projects across business units by providing significant influence and professional impact to policy makers and key external stakeholders
  • Shape business strategy in VBP projects across multiple BUs
  • Demonstrate profound understanding of industry policies, especially VBP-related knowledge and information
  • Possess deep understanding of business strategies, BUs, business models, competitors’ landscapes, market intelligence, key products, and pricing strategies
  • Lead complex situations during VBP cases, leveraging cross-BU resources and expectations
