Requirements

Experience with Air Force supply chain processes, including wholesale and retail supply
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
Expertise in managing and analyzing large datasets using Microsoft Access and other database tools
Familiarity with Financial Improvement Audit Remediation (FIAR) requirements and Air Force Stock Control Systems
Knowledge of logistics and inventory management principles, including depot maintenance processes
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills, with experience creating and presenting research papers and briefings
US Citizenship required

Responsibilities

Manage the entire lifecycle of resources, including acquisition, distribution, allocation, delivery, and final disposal
Maintain and update databases such as the Suspended Assets Analysis & Reporting Tool (SART) and Loan Control Analysis Tool (LCAT), ensuring the integrity of data
Generate monthly reports for stakeholders
Support the Contractor Supported Weapon System Data Exchange (CSWS DE) program and other logistics systems through architecture design, data management, and implementation of system changes
Conduct research and analysis to identify anomalies, errors, or oversights in various programs, including GFP and FIAR
Develop policy refinements and solutions
Assist with Financial Improvement and Audit Remediation (FIAR) reporting and ensure compliance with Air Force and DoD regulations
Work with diverse stakeholders to enhance and integrate logistics systems across the DoD supply chain, including D035 Stock Control System and related programs
Perform requirements and financial management tasks to support CSAG-S budget and Program Objective Memorandum (POM) forecasting, ensuring accurate resource planning
Develop training materials, technical documentation, and online tutorials to support system development and implementation
