Responsibilities

  • Build, QA, and deploy multi-channel Live Marketing campaigns across platforms such as Braze, App Store Connect, social, and in-game messaging systems, ensuring alignment with product events and business priorities
  • Define, build, and optimize player segments based on behaviour, lifecycle stage, and targeting criteria
  • Identify and drive new Live Marketing opportunities by analysing player behaviour, campaign performance, and content gaps — testing innovative approaches to increase engagement and retention
  • Partner closely with Product and Marketing teams to refine campaign strategy, including timing, frequency, and messaging
  • Conduct A/B testing to optimize content performance and channel effectiveness
  • Monitor campaign results, identifying trends, anomalies, and actionable insights
  • Ensure campaigns are localized and fully aligned with the product calendar
  • Maintain a high standard of delivery quality, precision, and attention to detail across all Live Marketing initiatives
