The Senior Recruiter will manage the recruitment cycle, conduct detailed job scope conversations with hiring leaders, and review applicants in the applicant tracking system. Responsibilities include building recruitment marketing campaigns, sourcing candidates using advanced search techniques across various platforms and networks, and utilizing proprietary software for talent outreach. The role involves preparing candidates for interviews, providing timely updates on application status, maintaining candidate interest, conducting professional phone interviews with probing questions, and navigating difficult conversations to gather information. The Senior Recruiter will also compare candidate qualifications with requisition specifications.
