Requirements

  • 8+ years of progressive experience in developing and implementing learning programs, with a focus on building and iterating on new programs, preferably within a technology company or high-growth environment
  • Demonstrated ability to design and implement learning programs in a new or evolving function including experience building manager onboarding or leadership development programs
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and various learning methodologies, with a passion for experimentation
  • Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Exceptional communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate and influence stakeholders across levels
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a creative mindset
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand overarching learning goals and translate them into creative and engaging program concepts
  • Partner with business leaders, HR Business Partners, and subject matter experts to co-create innovative learning solutions
  • Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of new learning programs, emphasizing rapid iteration and piloting to determine effectiveness
  • Manage a portfolio of diverse learning initiatives, prioritizing flexibility and adaptability in program design
  • Develop, lead, and manage a variety of learning programs, such as onboarding, skills development, and leadership development, with an emphasis on novel and engaging approaches
  • Utilize strong project management skills to drive the execution of pilot programs and track progress against key milestones
  • Establish methods for gathering feedback and data to iterate on program design and delivery for continuous improvement
  • Explore and champion the use of new learning technologies and methodologies, including generative AI, to enhance program efficiency, quality, and engagement
  • Contribute to building a culture of experimentation and continuous learning within the organization
