Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree and over 5 years of instructional design experience, including creating CBTs, PowerPoint presentations, Facilitator Guides, Job-Aids, and Self-Paced Learning. Prior experience in a fast-paced, consumer-centric company within a learning function is required, along with proficiency in Articulate 360 and PowerPoint. A strong understanding of learning strategies and adult learning theories, clinical and/or care management work experience, and project management experience are also necessary. Candidates should be passionate about improving consumer experiences and able to multitask and adapt to changing project priorities.

Responsibilities

The Senior Learning Design Professional will utilize instructional design, cognitive psychology, and adult learning theory to identify and address knowledge or performance gaps through the design, development, and delivery of learning solutions. This role involves managing projects from consultation to delivery, creating various instructional materials, and ensuring learning solutions align with learner goals and business objectives. Key duties include writing learning objectives, coordinating performance assessments, maintaining current course materials, analyzing program effectiveness using metrics, delivering instruction, conducting train-the-trainer sessions, and utilizing collaborative tools. The professional will also plan, organize, and develop curricula and training materials, conduct needs analyses, contribute to departmental strategy, and make informed decisions on complex technical project components with minimal supervision.
