- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field
- At least 10 years of professional software engineering experience (internship experience does not apply)
- At least 5 years of experience in building software using at least 1 of the following: Golang, Java, Python, React (TypeScript), Rust, C++
- At least 3 years of experience with a public cloud (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud)
- At least 1 year of experience with Big Data, Data Security, Data Management, Governance and Controls
- Preferred Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Computer Science or a related field
- 12+ years of professional software engineering experience (internship experience does not apply)
- Experience in building a product from the ground up
- History of building patent worthy solutions
- 5+ years of experience in distributed microservices
- 7+ years of experience in building software using at least 2 of the following: Golang, Java, Python, React (TypeScript), Rust, C++
- 4+ years of experience with AWS, GCP, Azure, or another cloud service
- 3+ years of experience with Big Data, Data Security, Data Management, Governance and Controls

Responsibilities
- Go deep into our product and engineering solutions with the ability to learn quickly and lead innovative solutions to complex technical problems
- Champion the adoption of enterprise tech standards and architecture patterns; advocate for open source and internal re-use while maintaining knowledge on industry innovations, trends and practices to curate a continual stream of incubated projects and create rapid product prototypes
- Continuously improve the engineering culture by being engaged in recruitment and participating in community activities, conducting training, authoring blog posts, filing patents etc.; participate in technology events to support brand awareness of the organization and to attract top talent
- Be the guiding force for stakeholders in design and architecture discussions, helping the engineering teams make key technology choices, and staying associated with the use case through its development lifecycle
- Effectively communicate with and influence key stakeholders across the enterprise at all levels of the organization; proven collaborator with the ability to build very strong partnerships with others to gain the trust and confidence of those around them, from hands-on engineers to executives
