  • Experience in hospital product access, safety operations, and centralized procurement management
  • Strong relationships with key hospital decision-makers (e.g., vice deans for pharmacy, directors/deputy directors of pharmacy departments, hospital office, medical affairs, pharmacy department, Medicare office)
  • Ability to cover 48 tertiary hospitals, achieving 100% quarterly coverage of target clients
  • Proficiency in policy analysis, especially VBP (Volume-Based Procurement), pricing negotiations, and risk assessment
  • Cross-functional collaboration skills with sales, access, and commercial teams
  • Data management skills for collecting and entering key client information into SFA system to meet company KPIs
  • Budget control for target hospital promotion activities

Responsibilities

  • Ensure target product success rate in hospitals with clinical orders based on annual target hospital access plan
  • Drive formal access or temporary procurement processes for target hospitals, providing and executing solutions with key decision-making departments (hospital office, medical affairs, pharmacy, Medicare office)
  • Manage target hospital VBP product delisting, VBP product reinstatement, Medicare reimbursement restrictions, and safe operations
  • Collect insights on target hospital business and academic needs; organize pharmacy exchange activities, build pharmacy management forums, conduct drug safety training to elevate key clients' capabilities
  • Plan innovative projects, such as pharmacoeconomics advantage studies, pharmacokinetics advantages, drug efficacy and safety research; collaborate with sales team on pharmacy expert grassroots activities
  • Cross-departmental communication: Collaborate with commercial team on pricing negotiations, access team on volume reporting and bidding, sales team on temporary procurement department orders; organize regular meetings to share policies, market info, and activities
  • Maintain 48 tertiary hospitals, collect key client info and enter into SFA system, achieve big client coverage KPIs
