Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage business with major Trade Key Accounts (TKA) in Retail Key Pharmacy through strategic partnerships for long-term growth and market share
  • Work with e-commerce enablers to manage relationships with major platforms (Lazada or Shopee), ensuring effective product listing, promotion, and sales online
  • Drive medium-term revenue growth strategies using trade insights and value chain expertise
  • Apply ROI analysis for investment decisions, optimize resource allocation, deliver sales forecasts, manage performance/expenditure, and conduct financial reviews
  • Provide thought leadership on retail trends, conduct customer performance analysis, recommend growth opportunities, and support adaptation to market dynamics
  • Identify collaborative opportunities, sell category concepts, uncover customer needs, position Abbott as a strategic partner, and develop tailored solutions
  • Lead day-to-day customer negotiations, evaluate outcomes, craft proposals, and achieve win-win results
  • Proactively gather customer insights from diverse sources, build industry networks, and champion customer-centric mindset
  • Deliver value to customer stakeholders, lead conversations with insights, anticipate challenges, adapt strategies, and build cross-functional relationships
