Requirements
Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, and a minimum of 5 years of experience in Java development. They must demonstrate a strong understanding of Java frameworks such as Spring, Hibernate, and JPA, along with experience with relational databases like MySQL and PostgreSQL, and NoSQL databases. Solid knowledge of software development principles, design patterns, and object-oriented programming concepts is required, as well as familiarity with Agile methodologies and best practices in software development. Excellent troubleshooting skills and attention to detail are also essential, alongside strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Responsibilities
The Senior Java Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying reliable and efficient Java applications within the project timeframe, collaborating closely with product managers and other developers to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet client expectations. They will conduct code reviews, ensure coding practices adhere to best practices and standards, troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance and resolve issues, write unit tests, and participate in integration and deployment processes. Furthermore, they will stay current on new technologies and development methodologies, mentor junior team members, and contribute to their professional growth.
