Requirements

Candidates should possess highly experienced knowledge in managing inbound IT tickets, mastering documentation of troubleshooting steps, and communicating solutions to end users. They must demonstrate the ability to analyze IT processes and procedures, implementing changes to improve efficiency for team members, and have deep experience using Kandji and a core understanding of Mobile Device Management (MDM) on the macOS platform. Extensive knowledge of macOS, iOS, and Windows systems is required, along with familiarity with SaaS tools such as Slack, Zoom, Confluence, Microsoft Office, Adobe, 1Password, GSuite, and Github. Experience working in environments with 2500+ endpoints and extensive experience using Okta is also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Senior IT Specialist will deliver world-class IT support to #teamClio globally, drive technical best practices and tailor adoption to meet end-user needs, lead by example and provide mentorship and training to team members, onboard new Clions to systems and technologies, maintain accurate hardware inventory, own the procurement and logistics of new hardware and software, prioritize and understand IT security protocols, implement and maintain policies and procedures, collaborate with management to assess technology needs, create and maintain documentation, and continually grow and share knowledge to push technical boundaries.
