Responsibilities

Work as part of Agile scrum teams to design, implement, and test solutions
Deliver software architecture, designs, and implementations
Participate in all aspects of the agile development process
Create and execute unit tests to verify functionality
Troubleshoot and resolve software defects
Contribute to software design reviews and code reviews
Manage and Support both SAAS and Custom applications to maintain high availability application services
Manage Internal Ticket Escalations
Provide application best practice guidance to end users
Manage Application Functionality Updates, Integrations, Configurations, Releases and Security Settings
Onboard/Offboard user licenses for select applications
Work on sustaining issues, enhancements, and projects
Develop, update, and implement policies and procedures
Partner with IT resources in the overall strategy, design, operation, and continual improvement of applications services
