Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Technology, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in IT recruitment, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role
  • Deep understanding of IT roles, technologies, and market dynamics
  • Strong sourcing and networking skills across various channels
  • Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
  • Technical background or certifications in recruiting/HR is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end IT recruitment processes including job scoping, sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding
  • Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies for technical roles (e.g., Software Engineers, DevOps, Data Scientists, Cybersecurity Specialists)
  • Partner with hiring managers and technical leads to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and business objectives
  • Screen and assess candidates for technical skills, cultural fit, and career aspirations
  • Maintain strong talent pipelines using platforms such as LinkedIn and job boards
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing a positive and professional candidate experience
  • Utilize data-driven insights and market trends to improve recruiting strategies
  • Ensure compliance with hiring policies, procedures, and legal requirements
  • Mentor junior recruiters and support talent acquisition process improvements
