Responsibilities

  • Manage a staff consisting of employees and contingents, providing leadership in goals/objectives, performance reviews, and mentorship
  • Develop and execute comprehensive IT integration strategies aligned with the organization’s business objectives
  • Manage ongoing implementation of development efforts for multiple project/programs while working with other IT and business leaders to ensure effective delivery with high quality results
  • Engage with business stakeholders to understand their integration requirements and ensure that IT solutions align with their needs
  • Foster strong relationships with internal teams and external vendors to facilitate effective collaboration throughout the SDLC process
  • Leads quality control efforts and ensures delivery of enhancements and new functionality for Integration and additional software solutions over time
  • Provide curated data semantics and analytics to global commercial and Regional stakeholders
  • Oversee and influence cross-functional diligence and integration teams to ensure all activities are completed on tight deal timelines
  • Collaborate with stakeholder groups including business and technology teams, Customer Service, Commercial, Technical Service, Manufacturing, HR, Finance, Tax, Legal, Open Source and Quality groups
