  • Manage desktop and endpoint solutions across Linux, macOS, and Windows, leveraging MDM for policy enforcement
  • Streamline cloud and hybrid systems management, enhancing IaaS and SaaS performance and scalability
  • Ensure robust data storage and backup systems, balancing on-premise and cloud solutions for protection
  • Elevate helpdesk operations by refining ticketing, SLAs, and escalation processes to maximize self-service
